  1. You need 500 gms of Besan.
  2. Prepare 1 Bowl of Oil.
  3. Prepare 1 Bowl of Water.
  4. Prepare 1 Tsp of Ajwain (Carom Seeds).
  5. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper (Coarse Powder).
  6. You need 1 Tsp of Padiyo Kharo (Baking Soda).

  4. On back side of a plate apply oil and roll a very thin sheet from the dough. Cut the rolled sheets into equal strips..
  5. Deep fry till crispy..
  6. Serve with hot chutney, Chillies and papaya pickle..
